Shipping Policy

• Tiffin deliveries begin once your order or subscription is confirmed on our call with you.
• Our team will contact you by phone to finalise your preferred delivery slot (lunch/dinner) before your first delivery.

• We currently deliver within CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (PIN code 400614) and its immediate surrounding sectors.
• You can check whether your address falls within our delivery zone using the PIN code checker on our website.
• Orders outside our delivery radius cannot be accepted at this time.

• Same-day delivery is not available, as all meals are freshly prepared.
• Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance to receive your first delivery.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to you upfront when your order or subscription is confirmed, and may vary depending on your location within our delivery zone.

• Meals are packed carefully in an insulated tiffin box to maintain freshness and hygiene during transit.
• Annamrut is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or incorrect address details.

Delivery will be considered failed if:

• The customer provides an incorrect address or contact details.
• No one is available to receive the tiffin at the confirmed delivery time or location.

Failed deliveries will not be refunded or redelivered on the same day.
