Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Weekly or monthly subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
• Once a day's tiffin has entered preparation, that day's order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Order Not Delivered: if delivery fails due to our error.
• Incomplete Order: if items from your meal plan are missing.
• Poor Quality (Verified): if the delivered food is spoiled, stale, or unfit for consumption, with proof provided.
• Unused Days: the remaining, undelivered portion of a paused or cancelled weekly/monthly plan, on a pro-rata basis.

• To request a refund, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, if applicable.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.
• Customer not available to receive the tiffin at the confirmed time.
• Dissatisfaction with taste or quantity, unless the food is spoiled or unfit for consumption.

Where possible, we may offer a replacement meal instead of a refund when the issue relates to missing or incorrect items, subject to same-day availability.
